The live sessions will be presented in Central Time. This is the default when entering the conference site. To adjust the display to a different time zone, click the CHANGE link on the SCHEDULE page.

Why does it appear as if I cannot enter a session?

First, be sure you have adjusted your time zone on the SCHEDULE page. Then, navigate to the appropriate day and session page. The button on the session page that indicates "Room Opens at 00:00 (TIME)" will become clickable when you can enter the Zoom room. Approximately 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time, the "Room Opens at 00:00 (TIME)" button will change to indicate ‘Join Session/Meeting/Webinar’. Be advised that you may temporarily encounter a waiting room while final preparations are completed. You will be admitted into the session as soon as possible.
