What time zone will the sessions be held?
The live sessions will be presented in Central Time. This is the default when entering the conference site. To adjust the display to a different time zone, click the CHANGE link on the SCHEDULE page.
Why does it appear as if I cannot enter a session?
First, be sure you have adjusted your time zone on the SCHEDULE page. Then, navigate to the appropriate day and session page. The button on the session page that indicates "Room Opens at 00:00 (TIME)" will become clickable when you can enter the Zoom room. If this is not your experience, please click the Live Support widget at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
When / How do I join a session?
Approximately 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time, the "Room Opens at 00:00 (TIME)" button will change to indicate ‘Join Session/Meeting/Webinar’. Be advised that you may temporarily encounter a waiting room while final preparations are completed. You will be admitted into the session as soon as possible.
Will sessions be recorded?
All concurrent sessions are set to record. Please be advised that in some circumstances as identified by the presenter and in collaboration with NCORE administration, recording can be paused or stopped. Session recordings will be available 7-10 days after NCORE. Log back into the this conference site, using the same method, and navigate to the session's page. The video, if available, will be posted and available for a year after the conference.
Where are handouts/slide decks/resource materials?
If provided, these items will be posted to the individual session pages. Log back into this conference site, using the same method, and navigate to the session's page. Materials may be added even after the conference concludes; continue to check the site. All materials received will be posted as soon as possible and available for a year after the conference.
How long can I access recorded content?
The site will be available for one year; access will expire June 7, 2022.
Is there an additional fee for recorded content?
No. Recorded content comes with your registration fee.
Can I record sessions for my own use?
No, participant recording of sessions is not permitted.
Do I need to have a Zoom Account to watch or participate?
Yes. You can access all features with a free or paid Zoom Account.
Can I view and participate in the conference from my cellphone?
We recommend against using your cellphone to attend the virtual conference, you will have much better results from a laptop or desktop.
Can I share my registration details with colleagues?
No, only one person per registration can participate at a time.
